1700 LBS of LOVE

Our teens spent Saturday organizing, sorting and packing all of these amazing donations! We have over 1700 LBS of "LOVE" that we are taking with us to Northern India!

Special thanks to Gretta Millett who coordinated all of our community outreach projects-she organized service projects from all over the valley. We are so grateful to all of the Families, Eagle Scouts, church groups and Elementary schools who gathered supplies for 200 Hygiene Kits, 200 Birthing Kits, 200 New Born Kits, 200 School Supply Kits, Hats, Gloves, Blankets, Chalk boards, Medical supplies, vitamins, and Hope! This is going to be an amazing expedition and we owe it all to you.

Thank you also to Chipotle who donated burritos to keep our troops fed and happy! We feel so blessed and we can't imagine how we could take on these huge projects with out the support of others.

Washington Elementary

26 YMAD students have worked for the last few months preparing for the education workshops that they will teach in India this November. They were fortunate enough to do a trial run for the kids at Washington Elementary. They spent hours during the after school program working with young students who were more then happy to try out all of the workshops. Here are some images!
