The Dirty Dash, YMAD and You!

We are thrilled to announce that YMAD has been selected as an official charity for The Dirty Dash! Even if you are not a runner, send this info along to all the athletic people in your life!

For those of you unfamiliar with the Dirty Dash - it's held at Soldier Hollow and is a Mud Run/Obstacle Course like no other! You'll need endurance to trudge up mountains of sludge, courage to overcome uncompromising obstacles, a complete lack of shame to wallow in pits of mud and a smile to show through at the end.
